This document contains the terms and conditions for using the 4dyes platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4dyes platform through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 4dyes services.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.
The 4dyes platform is available only to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 4dyes reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 4dyes platform. Registering multiple accounts using the same personal information, phone number, or device is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without notice.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. False or incomplete information may result in your account being cancelled. 4dyes reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through appropriate supporting documents.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential.
- Not sharing your account with any other party.
- Notify 4dyes immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- All activity occurring in your account, whether performed by you or another party.
4dyes uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no security system can be guaranteed to be completely foolproof.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 4dyes platform agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
The following are expressly prohibited on the 4dyes platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or use the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities or system errors for unfair advantage.
- Using another person's account or acting on behalf of a third party without written authorisation from 4dyes.
- Engaging in any form of collusion or cheating in games that could compromise fair outcomes.
- Distributing content that is seditious, defamatory, or in violation of Malaysian communications law.
4dyes reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 4dyes platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits and withdrawals via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and Malaysian internet banking transfers.
Here are the payment-related terms you need to be aware of:
- Deposits: Once a deposit is successfully processed and credited to your platform account, it is final and cannot be reversed.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may take between one and three business days. 4dyes reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
- Bonuses and promotional credits: All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly until those requirements have been met.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time. The latest limits are available in your account settings.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations related to winnings or transactions on the platform under applicable Malaysian law.
4dyes is not responsible for any additional charges or fees that may be imposed by banks or third-party payment providers.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 4dyes platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 4dyes makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
4dyes shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: service interruptions, technical errors, unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence, or any betting decisions made by the user. The maximum liability of 4dyes to any user at any time shall be equivalent to the total deposit held in the relevant account at the time the claim is made.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
4dyes reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud or misconduct, violation of these terms, abuse of promotions or bonuses, activities that compromise platform security, or breach of Malaysian law. If an account is terminated due to a violation, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be frozen pending investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the account closure is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dyes platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of 4dyes or its relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 4dyes.
Third-Party Links
The 4dyes platform may contain references to third-party services or information. 4dyes is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
4dyes reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication.
It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 4dyes platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any claim or dispute.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so these terms remain fully effective and enforceable.
